2. Puja & Ritual Service Refund Policy

Booking Cancellation Before Ritual Preparation

If a booking is cancelled before any ritual preparations begin, a refund may be considered after deducting:

  1. Payment gateway charges
  2. Administrative charges
  3. Processing fees

Refund approval is subject to review by Kashi Tirth Foundation.

Ritual Preparation Already Started

No refund will be issued if:

  1. Puja materials have been arranged
  2. Pandit Ji has been assigned
  3. Ritual preparation has commenced
  4. Sankalp has been performed

Ritual Completed

Once a puja, ritual, or religious service has been completed:

No refund will be provided under any circumstances.

This includes:

  1. Online Pujas
  2. Offline Pujas
  3. Shraddha Services
  4. Pind Daan
  5. Narayan Bali
  6. Tripindi Shraddha
  7. Graha Shanti Rituals
  8. All Vedic Ceremonies

3. Astrology & Consultation Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of consultation services:

Non-Refundable Services

  1. Kundali Analysis
  2. Astrology Consultation
  3. Vastu Consultation
  4. Marriage Matching Reports
  5. Muhurat Consultation
  6. Personalized Reports

Once the consultation has been conducted or the report has been prepared, refunds are not available.

4. Rescheduling Policy

If you wish to reschedule a ritual:

  1. Requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  2. Rescheduling is subject to priest availability and ritual requirements.

Additional charges may apply for date changes in certain cases.

5. Product Return Policy

Eligible Returns

Products may be eligible for return only if:

  1. Wrong product received
  2. Product received in damaged condition
  3. Product received is significantly different from the order placed

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Requirements

To request a return:

  1. Order Number
  2. Product Photos
  3. Packaging Photos
  4. Description of Issue

must be provided for verification.

6. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  1. Energized Rudraksha
  2. Blessed Spiritual Products
  3. Customized Religious Items
  4. Personalized Puja Kits
  5. Opened or Used Products
  6. Items damaged after delivery

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Estimated refund timeline:

  1. UPI: 3–7 Business Days
  2. Bank Transfer: 5–10 Business Days
  3. Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 Business Days

Actual timelines may vary depending on banking institutions and payment providers.

8. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment is:

  1. Deducted but booking is not confirmed
  2. Accidentally paid twice

please contact us with transaction details.

Verified duplicate or failed transactions will be refunded after verification.

9. Cancellation by Kashi Tirth Foundation

In rare situations where Kashi Tirth Foundation is unable to provide the booked service due to:

  1. Unforeseen circumstances
  2. Natural disasters
  3. Religious restrictions
  4. Government regulations
  5. Pandit unavailability

the devotee may be offered:

  1. Rescheduling
  2. Alternative arrangements
  3. Full or partial refund (as applicable)

10. International Orders

For international product orders:

  1. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  2. Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are non-refundable.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is on our side.

11. Fraud Prevention

Kashi Tirth Foundation reserves the right to:

  1. Reject fraudulent refund requests
  2. Request verification documents
  3. Investigate suspicious transactions
